STBHealth
STBHealth is tool that allows operators to proactively resolve customer’s problems leading to increased customer satisfaction. STBHealth gathers intelligent data about the status and health of the set-top box to provide back to the operator. Operators can use the data to contact customers experiencing issues, provide it to customer service representatives and field offices for use in troubleshooting and identify issues before they are apparent to the customer.
Viewer Measurement
Viewer Measurement is a service that allows an operator to anonymously track viewer habits of programming, advertisements, and set-top box features. Aggregated data is provided to the operator and can be used in program contract negotiations, upselling of features to customers, identifying communication opportunities about features, and demographics analysis.
