Our Talent Management Learning and Development team provides leadership training for team members through collaborative coursework. Meanwhile our Pathfinder program enables team members to explore different roles within the EchoStar organization. All full-time, salaried team members also have free access to LinkedIn Learning to grow their skills through online courses.

As of 12/31/23, DISH and EchoStar merged into one company. All team members work under the EchoStar Corporation as a combined company and a house of brands including DISH TV, Sling TV, Boost Mobile, Hughes, etc.
